For decades, discerning diners and gourmets have appreciated the exceptional cuisine at Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhof Kitzbühel. For 40 years, our hotel has been one of the region’s renowned culinary destinations, delighting guests with exceptional dining experiences from morning until evening.

Begin your day with an extraordinary gourmet breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. Savour culinary delights in an elegant setting, complemented by warm Austrian hospitality.

In the evening, discover a diverse culinary offering across our three restaurants: enjoy Austrian and international specialities à la carte or as part of our gourmet half-board at the Tennerhof Restaurant, experience traditional Alpine charm at the Römerhof Stüberl during the winter season, or indulge in exceptional gourmet creations at our exclusive Kupferstube gourmet restaurant.

With Head Chef Hannes Fussel, a new culinary chapter begins at the Tennerhof. His experience as head chef of a restaurant awarded a Michelin star shapes his modern, refined culinary style. Guests can look forward to a cuisine that combines Austrian specialities with international creations, showcasing premium ingredients and the highest culinary standards. Together, we share a special vision: to continue the Tennerhof’s culinary legacy and bring the Michelin star back home to the Tennerhof.

Afterwards, unwind and round off your day in the cosy atmosphere of our bar – the perfect ending for discerning guests.

Please note that during the Tennerhof’s closure periods (October to November 2026, April to 26 May 2027, and October to 12 December 2027), all our restaurants and the hotel bar will be closed.

Tennerhof Gourmet Restaurant

From 6 January 2027, the Kupferstube is back! With Head Chef Hannes Fussel, who most recently earned a Michelin star in Germany, the Tennerhof continues its long-standing tradition of culinary excellence. Look forward to creative fine-dining menus that combine Austrian roots with modern sophistication, accompanied by exquisite wines in an elegant setting.

As a 5-star gourmet hotel, it is important to us that you are always well served. We serve selected dishes from our "Tennerhof Classics" menu around the clock, seven days a week and in the outdoor area.
